Our Solution
Porter Electrical have provided continued services to Loadhog since their company formation. As part of the initial fit out we installed a bespoke electrical installation to suit the clients requirements and budgets.
Since that day, our services have continually been required onsite, largely in part to Loadhogs rapid expansion plans.
In 2019 Loadhogs expansion included installation of a new fleet of Engel moulding machines which required additional power supplies.
As such Porter Electrical designed and installed an installation capable of coping with the additional demand by completing the following
- Upgrade of incoming 11000 volts High Voltage Power supply
- Installation of 1600 KVA Transformer
- Installation of 2500A LV switch panel to allow for installation of future machines
- Installation of MCCB switches to supply new machines
- Installation of outgoing supplies to new machines ranging from 100amp to 630amp Three phase installations.
- Installation of heavy duty containment to support the new infrastructure.
